Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (UK) We offer standard shipping on all UK orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days once dispatched.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Import Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping charge. We are unable to predict or control these fees — please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

We are legally required to accurately declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to under-declare values or mark orders as gifts to avoid customs fees.

Dispatch & Tracking All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
